Frequently Asked Questions

1. You must be 18 years old or above.
2. No history of felony charges.
3. Current CPR/First Aid certification.
4. Current TB skin test (within six months).
5. Current Fingerprint Clearance Card.

The caregiver certificate is awarded by the training program. Certified Caregivers are regulated by the NCIA Board.

The program duration varies based on the course. Most students complete it within 4-8 weeks.
